A Spotlight on the Journey of Ecosystem Leadership in the Asia Pacific

Recently, the Asia Pacific ELP hosting team came together to reflect on the journey towards launching the inaugural module this August 13–16. In this article, they share some of the learnings and insights that emerged in their group reflection. The Asia Pacific Ecosystem Leadership Program (ELP) is an intensive in-person and on-island program in Bali, Indonesia, for change makers and innovators across sectors and across the Asia Pacific. It is comprised of three modules over the course of three years, with the first module taking place next month. The program offers all participants the opportunity to co-cultivate the kind of systems practices appropriate for our time and our specific places, activating the deepest sources of knowledge, inspiration and action for awareness-based systems change.

Announcing the First Social Arts Festival in Latin America
The Latin American community will host its first Social Arts Festival, organized by Teoría U en Español with practitioners of social arts in Spanish and Portuguese.
The Festival will run on Thursdays during August, and will highlight an art each week with an international figure hosted by local practitioners. The festival languages are Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

It's Official: Ecosystem Leadership Program Goes to Mexico in 2025
Hosted in Mexico in 2025, this is the third edition of a program designed for change makers and innovators living and working in Latin America. The Ecosystem Leadership Program (ELP) Latin America holds a deep intention of integrating ancestral knowledges and local activation, for awareness-based systems change across the region.The program is held in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

With the announcement of the ELP held in Mexico for 2025, we look back at stories from the ELP Chile this year. In Helio Borges' article on the Ecosystem Leadership Program, he describes and gives context to the upcoming ELP as well as his experiences in the ELP and in EMERGE Chile. Borges references Otto Scharmer's reflection on the program in Chile: "I am blown away by the amazing power of communities of change makers and leaders that create new spaces for healing and transformation, leaning together into emerging future possibilities."
